Terms & Conditions
The lesson fee, as set out in the rates, will include travel and worksheets. It
will not include books or stationery for the student's use. These will need to
be provided by the student
of which I can provide on your behalf.
If a student is late for a lesson, it will not always be possible to extend
this. In this event, a full hours lesson will be charged.
In the event of a cancellation, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required, in
which case there will be no charge. If less than 24 hours notice is given, then
the full cost will be payable.
In the event of sickness, a minimum
of 4 hours notice is required, in which case there will be no charge. If less
than 4 hours notice is given, then 50% of the cost of a lesson will be payable.
In the unlikely event of a lesson having to be cancelled by myself for
unavoidable reasons, I will contact you as soon as possible and do my
best to rearrange it at a mutually agreeable time.
